The method

Structure beats motivation

Fit At Speed removes the two things that stall progress: not knowing what to do today, and not knowing whether it's working.

  1. 01

    Assessment

Answer questions on your goal, body stats, training history, equipment and weekly schedule. It takes about five minutes and every answer changes your plan.

  2. 02

    Your numbers

We calculate maintenance calories from your stats and activity, then set a calorie and macro target that matches your goal — fat loss, muscle gain or recomposition.

  3. 03

    Program build

Your coach writes a 4-week block: session titles, exercises, sets, reps, rest and tempo, sized to your session length and equipment.

  4. 04

    Train and log

Open the workout player, work through each exercise, log weights and reps. Your history is what your coach reads before adjusting anything.

  5. 05

    Eat to the plan

A day of meals with recipes and a grocery list, plus quick food logging so you can see adherence instead of guessing.

  6. 06

    Weekly check-in

Report adherence, energy and sleep. Your coach responds with what to keep, what to change and one action for the week ahead.
