This policy forms part of the Terms of Service for Fit At Speed, operated by Viraly Marketing Management (United Arab Emirates). It applies to everyone who accesses the site, the members area, the coaching features or any purchased program.
Your account and licence are personal. Do not share credentials, log in from a shared or organisational account, allow anyone else to use your access, or create multiple accounts to obtain additional trials, discounts or refunds. We monitor for concurrent and anomalous sessions.
Do not copy, download for redistribution, screenshot for publication, record, mirror, translate, resell, sublicense, bundle, publish or post any program, video, plan or text, in whole or in part. Do not use our content or outputs to build, train or improve a competing product, dataset or model. Do not remove notices or bypass access controls.
You may not use the platform to coach, treat, advise or prescribe for third parties, to generate plans you sell or give to clients, or to present our content as your own. Personal, non-commercial use only.
Do not probe, scan or overload our infrastructure; attempt to access other users' data; exploit or circumvent authentication, paywalls, rate limits or usage quotas; scrape the site; automate requests; reverse engineer or decompile our software; upload malware; or interfere with any security feature.
Do not submit unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit or infringing content; impersonate anyone; solicit or advertise; or attempt to obtain medical, legal or financial advice from coaching features. Do not attempt to manipulate automated coaching into producing harmful, unsafe or extreme protocols. Do not use the platform to promote starvation diets, unlicensed pharmaceuticals or performance-enhancing drugs.
Do not use stolen or unauthorised payment methods, provide false checkout information, abuse the refund guarantee, or file payment disputes for products you accessed without first contacting us as required by the Refund Policy.
We may investigate suspected breaches and, at our discretion and without notice, restrict features, suspend or permanently terminate your account and licence, deny refunds, retain records as evidence, refuse future purchases, and pursue legal remedies including damages and injunctive relief.
